7.1 As registered members of the CCBA, all clubs are duly bound by the laws, regulations and policies in effect at the time CCBA sanctioned competitions are in operation

7.2 These laws, regulations and policies may be administered and enforced by the following:

• Australian Government
• NSW Government
• Central Coast Council
• Baseball Australia
• Baseball NSW
• CCBA

7.3 All individual club members, as members of a CCBA registered club, are likewise bound by these laws, regulations & policies and in registering to play for their respective clubs, are acknowledging that they accept that these laws, regulations and policies are in effect.

7.4 CCBA reserves the right to sanction any individual or club that may breach these laws, regulations & policies, in addition to any specific procedure or remedy that may already be in place.
