• Fielding team coach/assistant umpires if no umpire available
• Pitcher must be 15 years or older
• Pitcher must kneel and pitch the ball over arm
• Pitcher must be from the team that is batting to avoid bias
• Pitcher must wear a helmet/skull cap
• Pitcher can wear knee pad or have a pad to kneel on
• Pitcher to call "PLAY" to make sure fielders are ready before pitching
• Coaches must plan fielding position changes between innings to speed up game
• Batting team coach/assistant is the umpire when your team is batting and must stand close to home plate in a safe position. Minimum age 13 years
• Batting team must have adults as base coaches to assist base runners. One at 1st base and one at 3rd base.
• Fielding team is allowed a max. 2 Adults on the field to assist fielders.
• Encourage the fielder of the ball to hold the ball in the air in the infield to simulate "Deadball"
